4 cups almond flour

6 tablespoons grapeseed oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 tablespoons sugar

1 cup banana, mashed

1 teaspoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

1 large cup avocado, pitted and mashed

Oil spray, for greasing

Take a medium or small push pan and

grease it with oil spray.

Take a bowl and mix flour, salt, and soda.

Blend oil, sugar, and mashed avocados, bananas, vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.

Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.

Pour this mixture in to push pan.

Place trivet in the instant pot and add a few cups of water.

Make a sling of aluminum foil and place it on the trivet.

Place push pan on top of foil.

Close the pot and cook it on high pressure for 20 -22 minutes.

Then use a quick release method to release the steam.

Cool before slicing
