2 cups almond flour

1 teaspoons baking powder

2 bananas

1½ coconut milk

1 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons of brown sugar


Take a bowl and chop bananas in it.

Then add in baking powder, coconut milk, sugar, and flour.

Grease the bottom of the instant pot with oil spray.

Pour the mixture into the pot.

Close the pot and program it to manual mode.

Set pressure to low.

Set the cooking time to 20 minutes.

Once timer beeps, quick release the steam.

Open the instant pot and loosen the pancake with the help of spatula from the sides and bottom.

Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup.
