Ingredients


4 cups vegetable stock

1 cup celery, sliced

½ cup baby carrots

2 medium white onions, peeled and chopped

½ cup pearl barley

14 Oz. Dried mushrooms, chopped

Salt and white pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons rice flour


Directions


Combine stock, onions, celery, baby carrots, pearl barley, rice flour and mushroom, salt, and pepper in an instant pot. Mix well.

Close the pot and set time to 10 minutes at high pressure.

Afterward, release the pressure by a quick release method.

Serve hot
