½ cup tomatoes, undrained

2 cups chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/3 cup carrot

2 large cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup dried brown lentils

1 onion, peeled and chopped

1⁄4 cup celery

½ teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon curry powder


Combine all ingredients in an instant pot.

Set timer for 12 minutes at high pressure.

After 12 minutes, let the pressure release naturally.

Serve in soup bowls and enjoy.
